About Ericka

Ericka cared for our 8-month-old baby girl over the course of about a month when we needed a nanny for roughly 20 hours a week, and she was truly wonderful. She was always punctual and dependable, which gave us great peace of mind. She followed our baby’s nap time routine consistently, fed her both bottles and solids, and engaged in meaningful one-on-one interactions throughout the day.
