About Erika

I'm a passionate licensed childcare provider with 20 years of experience nurturing children's growth and development. I've always had a positive experience caring for children, whether it was through care giving or other roles. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable, with extensive coursework in early childhood development, as well as First Aid and CPR training. My favorite part of being a caregiver is fostering a child's natural curiosity and creativity. I love playing educational games that promote learning, as well as outdoor sports and physical games, and board games and puzzles. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and will provide regular updates on your child's day. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules.
