About Erika

My name is Erika, I am from Peru, so my native language is Spanish. However, I have been learning English with the children and parents, I am not fluent but my goal is to learn it. I have extensive experience caring for children from babies to 5 years old in daycares and educational centers. My approach combines affection, personalized attention and structured routines that favor the emotional, physical and social development of the little ones. I adapt sensitively to the particular needs of each child. I offer a calm and stimulating environment, full of games, sensory exploration and special moments that make each day meaningful and nurturing. I maintain close communication with families, providing confidence, clarity and constant support in the parenting process. I recently obtained my CDA certification, reaffirming my commitment to quality professional childcare. My goal is for each child to feel loved, safe and accompanied at every stage of their growth.
