With 27 years of experience as a caregiver/CNA, I'm passionate about helping adults maintain their independence and well-being. My experience includes respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm also trained in dementia care and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular text or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
