We did a phone interview and requested a reference be provided and also requested a bg check through care.com. We didn't hear anything for awhile so we sent a reminder text and never got a response. If they weren't interested they could have taken 60 seconds to send a message letting us know. It seemed disrespectful that they didn't bother to respond.
