I am a kind, patient and dependable caregiver with an inexhaustible sense of humor. I have two grown children of my own. The eldest, who is 25 and on the Autism Spectrum , is currently living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area. My youngest is 21 and has recently finished school and is embarking on a career here in New Orleans. Previous to parenting I had experience as a live in nanny as well as working in a preschool setting. Additionally I have several recent years of experience as a caregiver for families with children ranging in age from newborn/infant to three years. In my free time I enjoy visiting museums, drawing and painting, practicing calligraphy, genealogy research, and swimming.

Erin began caring for my daughter when she was 4-months old, and then two years later also began caring for my son from the time he was a newborn. She was with us for nearly 3 years, and had we not moved out of the area she would absolutely still be our nanny. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about her. She was very patient, attentive, and caring with our kids. She was communicative with us as the parents, and her style of interacting with the kids was a perfect fit for us. She was gentle and supportive, but also appropriately firm when our toddler started testing boundaries. She was very easy to work with and enjoyable to be around on a regular basis. She was also extremely reliable. We would have moved her with us if we could. You can't do better than Erin.
