About Erin

Hello! My name is Erin, and I have over 7 years of experience in child care, with a special focus on early childhood education and working with children on the autism spectrum (ASD). I worked at the Alyce Hatch Special Education Center, where I had the opportunity to work with little ones 2-5 years old with a range of special needs, including those with ASD. This experience has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that each child brings. I am currently a Direct Support Professional for a 4-year-old girl with ASD. I help assist and guide her through daily tasks. I've also babysat children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids, which has allowed me to build a diverse skill set and adapt to a variety of caregiving situations.
