About Erin

I am 27 and have a degree in Early Childhood Development and Learning. I began working as an assistant teacher at a private learning center when I was 18, transitioned to lead teaching in a preschool classroom at the same facility after college, and moved on to nannying a year later. I have been with the same family for the last 4 years! I absolutely loved being their nanny but with the youngest starting school next fall I'm looking for a family that's as good of a fit for me as this one has been! I serve in my church as a lead in children's ministry nearly every weekend and am the godmother to three adorable babies! I've cared for children from 0-14 and have no problem with any stage of development! I was trained in and still follow Reggio Emilia; a practice that encourages child led learning, exploration, explanation, and curiosity! Erin has been our nanny for almost 4 years and has become part of our family! She is trustworthy, fun, kind, and uses a gentle yet firm approach with behavioral adjustments when needed. She uses good communication, and she teaches our kids how to manage and vocalize thier feelings in a healthy way. She uses her educational background to do fun activities with the kids and gives them her undivided attention. We love Miss Erin and would recommend her as a nanny!
