Mary has been working with us for about ~6 months and has done an incredible job. She is reliable, comes in with a smile on, and excellent energy to play with our baby. Whenever there is any problem or thing we need to take care of, she makes sure to let us know. During naps, she does some cleaning and tends to leave the place better than she found it. But most importantly, when she shows up in the morning, she puts a big smile on our baby's face, so I know she's doing a great job.
