hey there! I'm Esther, a Christian nanny in the Durham-Hillsborough area (maybe Wilmington area Summer 2026). Thanks for stopping by! My childcare experiences include Blacknall Church (nursery and elementary age) since 2018, two Classical Conversations communities, (age range of babies to nine years of age), and 20+ families. I enjoy caring for preschool/toddler age and babies. I incorporate activities such as: reading books, stroller rides/walks, toys and games, and outside time. I aim to limit screentime unless otherwise agreed upon. A job preferably would have, though not require: a routine (not super strict, mostly so I have an idea of what is expected of me), parents minimize popping in and out (children get sad when they do leave after appearing and mixture of authority is confusing), and I would love if the family is conservative, Christian, and implemented that in their lifestyle. My hope is for Wednesdays & Thursdays all day through April or May. I look forward to connecting!

esther is the best! our family loves her dearly. she is pure magic with our kids- she brings books to read aloud, bags of precious toys to share that are age appropriate to my own kids, bakes with the children and plays outside. she is also magic to a mothers heart- she helps with tasks around the house, always rinses the dishes and runs the dishwasher and i come home to a tidy house, which is always a welcomed gift. esther is A+++.
