About Esther

For over 25 years my husband and I have been the owner's of a small business, and 32 years the parents of a developmentally disabled son. We've had much experience with employees, especially Caregivers. There are but a few that really stand out, and Esther is among them. She's been absolutely wonderful with my 90 year old dad. She encouraged and supported his independence even when it would've been easier to do things herself. Her Pandemic safety precautions are second to none. With my being a chronic over-thinker it was hard to imagine her giving me advice or sharing something I hadn't already thought of, but that she did. She's wise beyond her years. Finally, she supported my decision to have my dad give Assisted Living a try, instead of thinking about herself and the potential job loss, (like numerous aides before her).. Instead, she encouraged dad and even helped with the transition. Yes, Esther is truly is in a league of her own, and we are incredibly grateful!
