Making a positive impact on people's lives is what drives me. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience, I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. My training includes CPR and First Aid. I create a comfortable environment for care recipients. I also de-escalate stressful situations and redirect attention when needed. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I believe in empathetic care.
