About Esther

I've been a childcare provider for more than five years because I find it incredibly rewarding to support children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles were positive experiences that motivated me to pursue this career. I'm creative, friendly, and joyful in my work because I believe children thrive in such an environment. I like to communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise by following their preferred method of contact. Whether it's written daily reports or regular updates via text or phone call, I keep parents informed. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm certified in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
