Ethel was great! I'm on crutches & in a leg brace while recovering from a knee injury, and I need a lot of support with basic household tasks. Ethel arrived 10 minutes early, spent time with me reviewing the goals/tasks for the day, and followed the requests to a tee. She helped me prioritize my needs, ensuring that what was done were the most important items to me. She also educated me on the guidelines around handling medication, which I appreciated. Ethel was friendly, warm, and personable. She was a delight to have around. She worked independently and asked for clarification when she needed it. My townhome has a lot of stairs, and she had no issues bringing items up and down them (including two filled suitcases!). I will definitely rehire Ethel again & highly recommend her.
