About Eugenia

I'd describe my personality as friendly, positive, reliable I am also a senior. I am very able to go and do the things I want to do and I want to be able to be there for my fellow seniors. I know I could possibly need care as well at some point and I want to pay it forward so to speak. I love to read, I do some yoga, and play with my dogs. I am also a retired Chiropractor. I am a mother of 3 girls and a grandmother of 3 grandkids. 2 boys and 1 girl. My 16-year-old grandson has lived with me since he was 4. I am able to help with Companionship, help with some activities of daily living, help with simple things around the house, meal prep. Because my training is in chiropractic care I can help with movement and exercise.
