About Evania

Hi, I'm Eva! I'm currently a special ed paraprofessional, working in a first grade inclusive classroom. I'm currently available Monday through Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday all day. I have patience in spades. I love helping littles develop independence and providing opportunities for them to grow and learn. I've taken a number of professional development courses through RI's Center for Early Learning Professionals, including: RIELDS Guiding Principles RIELDS 9 Domains Autism Thinking: Perspective of the Child The Instructional Cycle Conscious Discipline 101 I've spent time as a nanny, babysitter, and early childhood educator, working with children ages newborn to 7 years old. My favorite activities to do with kids are reading, singing, dramatic play, sensory play/art exploration, and exploring outside. I'm a firm believer of Conscious Discipline, respectful parenting, and the importance of independent play.
