With a college degree and 10 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes providing respite care, transportation, and hospice services. I am also experienced in errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for care recipients and am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I'm patient, compassionate, friendly, approachable, comfortable with pets, and have my own car. I speak both English and Spanish.
