This includes getting up/getting ready to sleep, overseeing client activities & medication reminder. Light meal assistance - healthy meal planning, grocery shopping, assist with walks/fresh air & light exercises. Accompanying client on doctor visits, to the bank, post office, hair/nail salon, library or local senior center to visit with family, friends, lunches out or dinner. I can do an exercise routine to get you physically active.
