My college degree, coupled with First Aid Training, provides a solid foundation for my work. I am patient, compassionate, and always strive to be friendly and approachable. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide verbal updates during visits, communicate regularly via text or phone, and always follow the family's preferred method. I also provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
