I am a General Physician (Medical Doctor) with experience supporting older adults with compassion, patience, and respect. My medical background allows me to understand age-related needs, daily limitations, and safety precautions, while providing attentive, non-medical care. I can assist with companionship, mobility support, medication reminders, meal preparation, light household tasks, and maintaining a comfortable and safe environment. I am calm, responsible, and highly attentive to signs of discomfort or changes in routine. My goal is to offer dignified, reliable, and compassionate support, helping seniors feel cared for and helping families feel confident that their loved ones are in good hands.
