About Fatma

I am a caring and responsible caregiver with a strong background in education and child development. I have a graduate degree, a Montessori certificate, and school experience. As a mother of two, I understand children's academic and emotional needs. I create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and confident. I am patient, attentive, and adapt to each child's needs. I enjoy helping children build confidence, develop routines, and succeed in learning. I am available after 4 p.m. on weekdays and weekends, and full-time starting in June. In my free time, I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities. I truly care for children as if they were my own and prioritize their safety and well-being. My skills include attentive childcare, clear communication with parents, and supporting learning through structured routines. (I am improving my English and can communicate effectively. My focus is nanny and tutoring roles.)
