We cannot recommend Fatoumata highly enough. She cared for our son full time from 3 to 6 months and intermittently as a babysitter over the past three years. She's reliable, communicative, trustworthy, and loving to our child. When there was a problem, she was always honest and upfront with us. She has a lot of different professional experiences and we appreciated her special skills in infant care. As new parents, we also learned a lot from watching how she did things. She is extremely clean and organized, prioritized going outside, read books, sang songs, is multilingual, and easily fit into our family's culture. We trusted her to care for our child more than we trusted many of our family members. It gave us such peace of mind at work, knowing that our son was safe with her.
