We hired Fattou a month ago as a caregiver for my mother. She had childcare issues that interfered with her shifts and had to frequently reschedule which we accommodated. She was scheduled for a shift over a week ago, confirmed she would be coming and then never arrived. She has had no further communication with us and is not responding to messages.
