About Felicia

Hi my name is Felicia but I go by Jewell! I have a passion in early childhood development, and strive to help out parents in need! I have a 2-year-old son who is my everyday motivation. I currently work at the YMCA in Ann Arbor as a director in Child care! I have a CPR certification and 5 years of experience with children ages 0-15 years old. I am big on gentle parenting, and prefer to handle any possible issues the way parents recommend! I have reliable transportation, I live in the Ann Arbor area. My current unavailable hours are 4pm-8 p.m. Monday-Friday but I am willing to take any opportunity if it is long term! Further more, I am educated on safe sleep for infants, I love to cook, clean and organize! I am a non smoker, and I do not cuss. I love to incorporate outdoor activities when it is warm, coloring, and reading books! I believe incorporating affirmations is great for child development and I don't do screen time unless parents are comfortable and say otherwise!
