About Fenicia

Hello! My name is Fenicia, and I'm an after-school teacher and tutor. Monday through Friday I care for a group of 25 students ages 4-10 at an elementary school. I lead engaging daily projects, help with homework, and create a supportive space where every child feels valued and inspired. I'm currently majoring in Neuroscience at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), and I have a strong passion for STEM. I love designing hands-on, creative activities that spark curiosity and make learning exciting. Whether it's science, art, reading, I enjoy planning new weekly themes and projects that keep kids motivated and smiling. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, have a valid driver's license, and have completed a full background check. I'm reliable, patient, and genuinely care about helping families. I would be more than happy to lend a hand, whether it's tutoring, supervising, or planning fun educational activities! Helping others is truly what I love to do!
