About Fernanda

Hi, I'm Fernanda, but most people call me Faye. I'm originally from Brazil and moved to the U. S. a few years ago, bringing a lot of warmth, culture, and creativity with me. I have a master's degree and a big passion for understanding how children learn and grow. I love watching the way kids make sense of the world, how they communicate, what they notice, and what lights them up. I tend to approach childcare with curiosity and calm. I want every child to feel seen, supported, and respected. I enjoy gentle guidance, helping kids understand their emotions, setting healthy boundaries, and encouraging them to explore their interests. Creativity is very natural for me, so I'm always finding little ways to make learning fun, whether that's through stories, art, play, or simple day-to-day moments.
