I love my job and I consider it very rewarding from a personal point of view. I have worked with children long enough to witness their development and that is rewarding for me. I also enjoy their changes at the different stages of their lives, and it is normal for me to join parent's expectations and share the progress. Behavioral psychology and child development are also subjects of my interest because my husband works within those fields and it is part of our daily conversations. I am a caring, enthusiastic and very organized caregiver with eight years of diverse experience, from newborns, toddlers, preschoolers and older. My experience includes specialized care for a newborn with physical challenges, a preschooler with special needs and school age children with behavioral challenges. The experiences lived through these years have created in me a family supportive mindset that has definitely influenced my rapport with children of all ages, as well as their parents.

Our family highly recommends Flavia! Flavia worked full-time for our family for several months after our 2nd daughter was born, and then part-time afterwards for almost two years. Both our daughters (6 years and 2 years) love spending time with Flavia. Her original role was as a full-time nanny in our home for the baby prior to the baby's start in pre-school, but she also provided overnight newborn support right after the baby was born, as well as help with our older daughter when she was not in school. She proactively helps with household chores -- laundry, food prep, cleanup, etc. As two working parents, she made our life so much easier! Overall, Flavia is very reliable, responsible, punctual, trustworthy, aware of health and hygiene, engaging and fun with the kids, and a pleasure to be around. Our kids love her, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family that wants mature, reliable, and loving support!
