We hired Flo to look after the kids (twin 1st graders) for a few hours after school for about two weeks, while we were waiting for their usual after-school programs to start up. She'd help them do their homework (it was always completed and done well) and gave them their after-school snack. She'd also bring them to the park to ride scooters and play at the playground. Our boys had a lot of fun with her - in particular with the art projects they'd do in between homework and the park. Overall, we had a great experience with Flo and definitely want to stay in touch to have her back to help with school holiday coverage, regular date nights, etc.
