My name is Flor, bilingual in Spanish and English, with a huge knowledge on how to help families on their daily adventure, sometimes raising a family can have challenging times in our busy world. I have more than 15 years experience working with kids of all ages. I specialize in infants and toddlers, I had the opportunity to be trained by a postpartum doula where I earned experienced with newborns/babies. I like to adjust to each family's schedule and routines since I understand all children stages, what works for one family does not work for another one, that's why I'm here to help on every family's needs. If I'm available I can do last minute babysitting in case your nanny is on vacation or called sick.

We needed a nanny for a few days for our almost 2-year old while he was waiting to start his daycare. He got immediately comfortable with Flor, as did we and our older son who also got to hang out with her for a bit. She's warm and caring, and she was very flexible with us and a few of our last minute requests. We would hire Flor again in a heartbeat, and we actually plan to do so whenever we need a nanny if she's available!
