About Foster

I'm a recent college graduate who loves working with kids and has experience as a camp counselor and babysitter. I also have experience working food service and I love to cook, and I can clean and take care of pets. I remember very well what it was like to be a kid and feel talked down to, and when I'm working with children I try to avoid doing that. I talk to kids like they're people- because, you know, they are. I love working with kids because they're creative and their imaginations can stretch farther than mine can, so working with them allows me to learn new things every day. I'm a playwright, musician, and craftsperson in my personal life, and I've been lucky enough to be able to instruct children in all of those activities, and I love to share theater and music and art with kids in whatever capacity excites them.
