We were lucky enough to have Francesca as part of our household for about a year and a half. We have extremely high expectations when it comes to our three kids, and she exceeded every single one. With a Montessori education & lifestyle, we are quite strict with screen-time limits (just a couple of hours on weekends), so we needed someone exceptionally creative, resourceful, and most importantly FUN! Francesca delivered all of that and more. She kept all three of our kiddos engaged with thoughtful activities tailored to their individual interests, and went well beyond what we hired her for. The house was always tidy, laundry handled, and she’d often cook for the whole family (since my husband and I ran our business from home). She joined us for a couple of big family vacations across the country, and even stayed with us at our Clearlake home when needed. If you’re looking for someone truly special, you’ve found her.
