About Francesca

Hello! My name is Francesca and I am a rising sophomore at the University of Connecticut. I worked in childcare throughout high school at a daycare and also youth athletic camps where I gained skills of communication, teamwork, customer service, and problem solving. I have experience with children of all ages (infants included) and am looking for a babysitting job for the rest of the summer. I like working with kids because it allows me to build relationships and make a lasting impact! I'm looking for a job that I can match well with. One where I can satisfy all needs while my personal needs are also being fulfilled. I started working with kids when I was a counselor at a youth basketball camp my freshman year of high school, but I also gained experience working at a daycare for a year. One thing you should know about me is that I am a very understanding individual who values good communication. My skills include active listening, organization, and compassion.
