About Francesca

I love encouraging kindness and confidence, and I focus on empowering children through positive, mindful guidance. Being outdoors is one of my favorite places to learn together-whether we're exploring nature, going for walks, or simply noticing the world around us. I also have a deep love for reading and learning, and I share that curiosity through stories, learning activities, and creative projects that inspire their growth. I've worked in greenhouse settings where I've taught visiting school groups of kids ages 12-17 about planting, agriculture, and caring for the environment. Along with this experience, I come from a large Italian family where I grew up babysitting and helping care for children ranging from 3-16 years old. Being surrounded by kids my whole life has shaped my ability to connect, teach, and nurture, and it's truly where my love for childcare began.
