Franny is truly a super nanny and an all-around wonderful person. She cared for our two boys (now 4.5 and 2.5) for 1.5 years and was absolutely phenomenal. The only reason we aren’t with her anymore is that she moved away, otherwise we’d still have her! Franny strikes an incredible balance of being fun and loving while also setting clear boundaries. She planned creative outings and activities, taught our boys important skills, encouraged independence, and always kept strong routines. She was very tender and loving, yet also able to be silly and fully engage in play, which made her such a wonderful match for our boys. We fully trusted her and never once questioned whether the boys were safe and well cared for. She took initiative, kept things tidy and organized, and has excellent time management and communication skills. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire her again.
