We started working with Frances when our baby boy had just turned 3-months old. Being first-time parents returning to work, leaving our LO for the first time was a great emotional challenge. The moment Frances walked through the the door, there was a sense of relief. She knew exactly what to do, when and how to do it. Caring for the baby in a professional manner with all the rigorousness we expect from the care giver of a newborn, while being human and doing her best to understand and communicate with everyone within our household. Our baby felt extremely comfortable and relaxed with her, and so did we . Furthermore, she adapted to our preferences and offered to help us track baby's activity while we were away, following our style but also bringing her experience to the table, and often times serving as a guide without dismissing our parenting style, but rather reinforcing it with patience and care. Our baby is now almost 7 months' old and he loves her. Even though he started daycare, we intend to keep Frances as his nanny for the long-term. Extra Points: she is great with pets too!
