My name is Francisco. I am a CNA with over 10 years of experience in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, and home care. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, a non-smoker, and CNA licensed in Illinois. I am 6 feet 2 inches tall and strong, able to safely assist with mobility, transfers, and lifting. I have worked with ALS patients, provided G-tube and incontinence care, and supported clients with autism and special needs. I have also completed many Alzheimer and dementia care trainings. I focus on comfort, safety, and dignity with every client. I am available Monday to Friday 6 p.m. to 6am, and Saturday to Sunday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Francisco was wonderful with our 83 year old father who was recuperating from a series of operations which had left him needing much help with all aspects of daily life and lots of encouragement to work on his physical rehab. He communicated with us on dads progress and any issues he was seeing that he felt needed our attention. Taking the night shift, Francisco made sure that dad was safe and working on getting stronger between episodes of NCIS, which I am sure he is now an expert on.
