I found Francis through care.com and she was just wonderful and I would highly recommend. My mom had severe dementia and at the end was on hospice care. Francis was able to help us with the transition and the whole process. She is the most caring person I’ve ever met, she became a friend besides a caregiver for my mom. I’m a very picky person and very organized and she worked so well with us. She did all the normal caregiving for my mom besides some stuff for me around the house. Whatever I needed she was always there to help with a smile and her wonderful humor. I’ve had a lot of caregivers for my mom in the past years and she was absolutely the best. She’s the only phone call that you need to make and you will be 100% happy. Our family just loved her.
