I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. My teaching approach empowers students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I encourage open communication to understand what methods work best for each student. To keep students motivated, I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems into manageable steps. I have a college degree and one year of experience tutoring students in elementary, middle, and high school, in subjects like math, English, science, test preparation, and history. Communication is essential for understanding student needs, progress, and setting clear expectations. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at your home, the library, a community center, school, or a coffee shop. I'm certified in Stop the Bleed.
