About Gabrielle

Gabrielle interviewed well, wask engaged in listening and sharing how her experience and skills would be beneficial to the children. Gabrielle did bring several of her children to the interview, however it was at a public library and there was an older child to watch the younger. We were introduced before leaving. Hours were set, and a first visit was scheduled at the home. I had spent time reaching out to references, which were enthusiastic - though one person was unsure she'd stay with us long . The Friday before her first (paid) visit with the children, Gabrielle informed me that she accepted another position. It was a full time position as opposed to the part time hours we had arranged. It was disappointing, having thought the commitment was made for the following 6 weeks. Luckily, I was able to find someone else, and they are great. The person was listed on a different site. I wish Gabrielle well in her ventures, she definitely has much to offer youth individually and in groups (such as a class).
