I am currently working for Children as a Therapeutic Childcare Specialist. I am currently working with behaviorally challenged/ aggressive children in the foster care system. I am CPR, First aid, and SAMA certified. I am thoroughly trained on the TBRI (Trust based relational intervention) approach with children. I work closely with the children therapist following treatment plans that touch on relationship building, sensory needs, etc. Prior to working, I worked as the lead preschool teacher. I worked at a mothers day out program prior to working for the school district and also was a Nanny for a family with special needs children (Autistic and Down syndrome). I have experience writing lesson plans, facilitating age appropriate activities, and administering medication. I would like to find a Family that I can grow with.
