Gabrielle has been an absolute gem for our family. She helped with transportation for our two kids during schedule conflicts - always reliable, always on time - and also cared for our Labrador and cat when we needed a pet sitter. With both the kids and the animals, she was proactive about sending updates, which gave me real peace of mind.
