I have always enjoyed spending time with children. In my teens I started babysitting and before long was babysitting for most of the children in my neighborhood. Raising my own children was an amazing experience in my life. As a nurse I have worked in pediatrics and I was a clinical nurse specialist in child and adolescent mental health for many years. Now that I am semi -retired from my nursing career, I am very active with hiking, dancing, yoga, and time with friends. I do miss having time with children and I am ready to add part-time work back into my life.
