About Genesis

Throughout middle and high school, I was part of a Big Sister program that gave me the opportunity to tutor younger students--whether just a grade below me or several years younger. I'm fluent in Spanish, so if your child is learning Spanish or needs support with English, I'm happy to assist in either language. I believe tutoring is a team effort. I'm here to support not just your child, but you as well. If there's a specific subject--like advanced algebra or test prep--that you'd like me to focus on, I appreciate when parents help reinforce those lessons at home. Communication is key when it comes to academic progress. Every student has strengths and challenges. It's okay to feel frustrated--what matters is that we work through it together. With patience and the right support, every child can improve and grow.
