About Geneva

Hello, my name is Geneva ("Genny"). I have many years of experience working with individuals at both ends of the age spectrum with a wide range of special needs. Elders hold a very special place in my heart. For 4 1/2 years, I helped my mom provide care and company for my grandfather as he lived with us and progressed through the stages of advanced dementia. For the past four years, I have volunteered for weekly pet therapy visits with my big black Lab mix, Molly. We often spend six or seven hours sharing time and stories with the lovely residents there who have become such an important and cherished part of our lives. I would be honored to help you or your loved one navigate these challenging times through thoughtful and compassionate elder companion care. I am extremely COVID cautious, double-vaccinated and boosted, and always N95 or double-masked. My interests include classic movies, the arts, and rescue dogs.
