As Genevieve's previous Director/Administrator, I observed her to be a very loyal and dedicated caregiver with every client she had. We always received excellent feedback and she was specifically requested for every subsequent need. She was very knowledgeable and had a vast amount of experience to contribute to the organization and our clients. With all my supervisory visits, I witnessed accountability, empathy, and evidenced based care to/for the customer and we only wished we could have cloned her--the simultaneous demands for her to be sent became overwhelming at times :)! It was a pleasure for us to have Genevieve be a part of our facility--she felt like family both to us in the office, and out in the field with our clients.
