My journey into childcare began with my family - I am the oldest of five children and 22 grandchildren - but I have formed relationships with many parents and children over the years as a trusted, fun, and responsible babysitter. For 12 years, I've been a dedicated caregiver, combining patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor to create a positive environment. I work full-time in Human Resources and have a graduate degree in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, and happily follow the parents' lead on household rules, communicating via their preferred method. I enjoy crafts, playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, swimming, and educational games - anything that gets us active and using our brains!
