About Genia

It is said that no one is perfect and I agree but Genia was perfect for us. The job started as a very easy situation with only a couple of hours a day to check on my father. We were new to what was needed and were happy to have hours that were not set in stone. As time progressed my dad declined, more hours were added and Genia was happy to accommodate us. Then unfortunately, after increasing the hours,we had to move my dad closer to us. All along the way, Genia was amazing. She was wonderful at communication and keeping us informed of what was happening with my dad. She said she would "keep it real" which is exactly what we needed.She made sure that he was sleeping, eating bathing, dressing and even drove him to places where he couldn't get another ride. We are in only a couple hours away. But we couldn't be down there as often as we wanted. We were thrilled to have Genia be an extension to our family as she treated my dad like he was part of hers. Genia was always available to answer my questions and return messages or phone calls in a timely manner. We are going to miss working with her. We highly recommend Genia as a caregiver for your family.
