I have so many wonderful things to say about Hannah. She is a bright, caring, kind, honest, fair, and intelligent young woman. I had the opportunity to meet Hannah in 2022 when we worked together at the first school where I was employed, and we continued working side by side until 2025, when she moved on to another position. During the time we worked together, Hannah quickly became someone that everyone trusted and appreciated. The parents loved her, the children adored her, and all of her coworkers felt comfortable working with her. She always created a warm and positive environment for the children, and you could clearly see how much she truly cared about their well-being and development. Hannah was always willing to help others, share advice, and be present whenever someone needed support. She was also very open to learning new things and constantly improving herself as an educator and caregiver. Her dedication and passion for working with children was evident every single day. I also remember that on weekends she often provided extra childcare for families who trusted her deeply. There was one occasion when she had a prior commitment and I covered for her. The family she worked with was incredibly kind, and I remember the mother’s name was Marlie and her little daughter A was two years old at the time. Hannah had known A since she was about six months old, first as her nanny and also as her teacher. The bond between them was truly beautiful. Even though Hannah no longer worked with them regularly, the family continued to keep a close relationship with her. It was clear that Hannah had become like family to them. That experience showed me the kind of impact Hannah has on the families she works with. She builds genuine, lasting relationships based on trust, care, and love for the children.
