Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. My three years as a Certified Nursing Assistant have solidified my passion for enhancing the well-being and independence of adults. Previous care roles have been positive experiences. I understand the importance of providing families with a reliable care option. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and detail-oriented. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I speak English, French, and Spanish.
