Making a difference in people's lives is my passion. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My graduate studies have further enhanced my caregiving abilities. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when caring for individuals with special needs or memory care needs. My approach is always patient, compassionate, and friendly. I build connections by creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I keep families informed with regular verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, along with written daily reports. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
